No Returns on Electronic Components
We're sorry but due to the sensitive nature of electronic components returns can not be accepted on electrical parts.  If a part you purchase from us is defective we will repair or replace the unit.  Specific warranty periods vary by the type of parts please ask about the specific warranty of the parts you are interested in.

Core Policy

In order to receive core credit you must:

1. Return core within 30 days in box the remanufactured unit was shipped in.

2. Assure that the core is wrapped so as to avoid damage.

3. All original parts must be attached.

4. Core must be rebuildable and have no broken parts.

5. Must be the same unit as the one purchased.

6. Junk yard, water or fire damaged cores will not be accepted.
